ABOUT CONCEPTS 26
The focus at Concepts 26 is on all things housing, striving to stabilize communities through independence and connection. The mission is to help individuals who may be experiencing housing instability the opportunity to cross barriers and obtain independent housing

Currently we offer Lodging, Rooms Rentals and Apartments.
Lodging
"Tier 1"
Our lodges are all inclusive featuring three meals per day, housekeeping, Wi-Fi and security. These units are fully subsidized and are designed for people with no to little income. We offer single and dual occupancy units (no more than two beds per room).

All rooms have access to shared use of lounges, kitchens, bathrooms and grounds.
Room Rentals
"Tier 2"
​In these buildings guest can rent single rooms that are more independent that those in our Lodging portfolio.
​
This level of housing is designed for people with income on a month-to-month basis.
Apartments
"Tier 3"
The last stage of our portfolio offerings. These units are traditional leased units featuring a 6 to 12 month lease. ​
