Our apartments are traditional leased apartments, offered at 6 - 12 month contracts. These spaces offer a modern apartment-living experience and bridge renting and long-term stability for residents who are ready to manage a lease, build credit, and strengthen their financial habits. Completion of Tier 3 represents a major achievement in the Concepts 26 journey.
